Are other hospitals like this too? I'm really angry

I can understand waiting an hour and a half even though I had made an appointment and went to the consultation, but when I met the director he was just so half-hearted and perfunctory, only answering with a casual "yeah~" and glancing at my nose once, barely listening to what I said.. It was like, you keep talking and I'll do things my own way... something like that.... I was lying down in the operating room when he said he'd do 1 mm, so I said there was no mention of that during the consultation, and that if it were only 1 mm I wouldn't put in any silicone at all. Then he said it would be a little less pretty that way and that it would look prettier if he put it in... Why say that in the operating room? He should have said it during the consultation so I could think about it before the surgery So I asked whether it would look very strange if I didn't put any in, and he said it wouldn't be strange because my bridge was already high, but that it would look prettier if he put it in... he said. So I said that if I had to worry about ㅂㅈㅇ, it would be better to put in 2 to 3 mm instead of just 1 mm, and he said okay and walked out... The nurse brought 2 to 3 mm sizes and placed them on my nose, asking which one I liked, and I mean, that is not something you should have to think about for 10 seconds!!!!! I said I wasn't sure, and I thought they would give me more time to think, but then they said the doctor would decide and just swept out... Shouldn't things like this be considered more carefully? I'm a woman... it's my face... it's my nose, the center of the face.. It's a nose I have to live with for the rest of my life... To lay me on the operating table and ask me to decide quickly how many millimeters to use... whether to put it in or not... I really think this is not right... Of course, even if only I cancel the surgery and criticize this hospital, I know they'll still be doing well because they're so famous for noses.. But still, this isn't okay, is it What's more, they didn't even tell me what implant they were putting in When it was time to treat the wound and I asked when they removed the splint, they said they had put in an L-shaped silicone implant... I really hate that... I thought, of course, they were taking out cartilage, so I assumed they would put in a straight one and only use cartilage for the tip.... And I only found out after barely asking how many mm they had put in Shouldn't they tell you that clearly right away? It's my nose.. what was put into my nose.. how many mm it is I should be able to know that if I'm going to live with it... And while I was lying on the operating table, they suddenly covered my face and said they were going to take ear cartilage... I hadn't heard anything about that before They just suddenly asked whether they should use the right ear or the left ear,,, They asked out of nowhere.. I was dumbfounded Does this happen elsewhere too/??? It would be nice if they told me in advance... so I could think about it too Before surgery, the coordinator and I haggled over the price for 10 minutes, then the director looked at my face for 2 to 3 minutes, and that was it... They should explain more... and leave more room for choices. They should also listen carefully to the nose shape I want.. Isn't that how it should be?? I'm really so angry
