I usually only paid attention to the shape of my nose and didn’t really pay much attention to the underside or the inside. But today when I touched inside, I felt a hard bump? on the upper left side of my nose. I don’t know when it started What is this? Is the cartilage bent? Or is it scar tissue? If I have cartilage revision surgery, do I have to remove the silicone too and start over? I’m happy with the bridge, so I only want to touch the tip, And if it doesn’t affect my life at all, then I don’t necessarily need revision surgery, right?
