I had it removed

I had osteotomy + septal cartilage + ear cartilage + silicone removed today after 1 year and 2 months Yesterday I even had nightmares, and I was so scared that this morning I worried a lot and was terrified enough to look up dream interpretations and my fortune!! After agonizing over it, I pulled myself together again, decided to remove it, and went to the hospital!! The removal was done closed at another hospital, and the director said my nostrils were small so it would be difficult and he wanted to do it open, but for my sake he would do it closed. I’m so grateful The surgery took 1 hour and 30 minutes including preparation because there was so much to take out!! Maybe because it was a general hospital, they were completely thorough They were so thorough that it scared me even more! I thought, is this such a major surgery!! When they opened it up, the nasal tip was literally full of all kinds of junk. Medpor, silicone, osteotomy bone fragments, AlloDerm, septal cartilage, ear cartilage... there was one more thing but I forgot I really think I did the right thing by taking it out!! If I had removed it later because of complications, my life would have been over To think all this was inside my tiny nose... I feel an urge to go to the hospital where I had the surgery and kill them. Before surgery, I consulted for osteotomy + silicone + ear cartilage, but they just did whatever they wanted!! The director doing the removal was cursing while doing it too!! Calling him a bastard saying he had sold his conscience.. saying it had been done so badly that even the person who operated would have trouble removing it... and that if I’d gone somewhere else, I would’ve just wasted my money.. If I’d probably gone to the guy who did the surgery, that’s what would’ve happened! When I consulted, he said they would just need to trim it a little!! Then it would have stayed in there.. I’m lucky!! He also said one more thing, that it’s because people want such a pretty, high nose.. Before the removal, I cried again looking at the director because I was scared.. He said he would do as much as possible while checking the shape.. I felt reassured but was also half worried, wondering what if he couldn’t remove everything, but when he showed me what he removed and explained it, tears came.. He said he couldn’t guarantee 100%, but he removed more than 99%, all of it... Now I just have to pray that the progress goes well!! A lot of people must still be getting hurt like I did at hospitals in Apgujeong-dong!! While paying money for it...
