Nose surgery review, day 10

Today was the day I went for the last director check. I came out feeling good, and my nose came out pretty too, so I really like it lol I had 6 mm silicone placed, ear cartilage inserted in the nasal tip, and the nasal alar area reduced. I really like it, and on the survey I absolutely marked very satisfied~~ Two people have already gone for consultations after seeing my nose lol But today was absurd.. The inside of my nose felt uncomfortable, so I asked if they would remove this and thought they would. While they were removing it, the director came in, looked at the side where the internal nasal stitches had been removed, asked the nurse what was done on what date, and when the nurse said it had been one week, the director got extremely angry at the nurse. He asked who did it, whether he told them to do it, then told them to prepare something immediately, and suddenly it was surgery prep... that green cloth appeared... I was trembling. The director said the area inside the nose where the stitches had been removed had opened up, so it seemed like he would need to stitch one stitch. I was shaking and said yes...... But it seemed like the nurse who was disinfecting had done something wrong... They anesthetized and stitched me while it felt raw..... They acted like it wasn’t their fault... It hurt so much They gave me an IV antibiotic, but made it go in too fast, so I almost threw up... They told me to come again next week to have the stitches removed. Ah... and then they charged me 25,000 won for medicine.... The director had been in a good mood because my nose came out pretty, but I guess he felt bad because they had to prepare for surgery due to their own fault. Something... why do I feel wronged.... As the anesthesia is wearing off, it hurts It feels like it wasn’t just one stitch... Even the manager came to appease me.... Something is going on. My trust in this hospital suddenly dropped..
