Today is day 50 after dermis surgery. As you can see, my nasal bones were very wide (before surgery), and I had no nasal bridge at all. On top of that, I had a bulbous nose... and my skin was so thin that even the blood vessels showed through. So I had osteotomy (bringing the bones together), lightly covered it with dermis, and had nasal tip cartilage work. I wanted it to look natural. But in photos, there is some difference between before and after, yet in real life, people can barely tell I had surgery... Right now my nose doesn’t hurt and I don’t have side effects, and I didn’t want a high nasal bridge anyway, so that’s fine, but I don’t like the nasal tip...; Especially, I think the alar base is too wide ㅡㅡ;; People who keep looking at it say the nostril wings look a bit wide, and that it looks like a grape is hanging from the tip of my nose... Ah, I tell myself to just live with it, this is the end, but then when I see pretty noses, I get upset again.... Objectively speaking, should I get revision surgery on the nasal tip... Or should I just live like this? The revision surgery cost is one thing, but I’m also a bit scared it might possibly get even stranger if I have revision surgery... Or I just want to reduce the nostril wings a bit, but I’m unsure about that too ...... Should I let go of my greed? Does it look that strange.... I paid a lot of money for it too, ha..
