This is already my fourth nose surgery. My first surgery turned out naturally, so I lived for a long time with a nose where people couldn’t tell whether I’d had surgery or not. But after dental braces, my nose gradually started to look like a pig nose, so I had surgery to lengthen a short nose.. But they made my nose long like some witch’s nose, pulling only the columella downward, and they shoved cartilage like crazy above the bulbous nasal tip. (From what I was told, four pieces of cartilage went in.) You can imagine a nose that is round like a clown nose, raised upward, and then also stretched downward.. Honestly, a slightly upturned nose would have been much better. It was stretched up and down so much that it looked like a cartoon nose, and I just couldn’t live with it. I begged them to at least remove the cartilage they had put in above and below, so it was removed right away, but the pinched-clothespin shape of the nose did not change. Because I had a bulbous nose, my nasal alae were wide, but they raised and pinched the nasal tip so much that all the nasal alae looked as if they were being pulled upward. The silicone was also inserted clearly crooked to the left, and even the doctor admitted fault. When I said I wanted everything removed from the nasal tip and restored to how it originally was.. he said he only needed to fix the crooked silicone, so why should he also do the nasal tip? He talked like that, so I paid several hundred thousand won more of my own money for anesthesia and had surgery again. Because I originally had almost no nasal bridge, I thought my nose might collapse if even the silicone was removed, so I left the silicone in, removed only all the nasal tip cartilage, and released the lengthening, but the cartilage is still tied as it was, so my left nostril is depressed and pulled upward, and contracture is coming asymmetrically. On top of that, even my columella is completely depressed, and with the open-surgery scar and scar tissue stuck all over, it doesn’t even look like a human nose. I went to the clinic and talked to them, but they treated me like I was invisible and like I was some strange person, saying, “It’s because you only look in the mirror. I have no reason to listen to you any more,” speaking rudely and chasing me out.. The manager said she would call, but she never did.. It’s a plastic surgery clinic near Sinsa Station. It’s been around three weeks since surgery now, and it will lift even more for the next two months, so this is absolute hell.. Because my nose gets hard like stone every morning, even if I massage it all day, it doesn’t loosen. I took out a loan for nose surgery, but I had to quit my job because of the plastic surgery, so I can’t even pay it back.. What should I do? I’m even thinking about going into dormitory factory work for just two or three months. If I’m going to have revision surgery, it has to be at least after three months anyway. If there are any women who would work together in a dormitory job, could you send me a message? ㅠㅠ I’m a 27-year-old woman.. I’m really at the end of the road, and I don’t know what I can do with this nose. I feel like I’m on the verge of death.. Please message me if you know a clinic that is good at nose revision surgery. No ad brokers, please.
