My nose isn’t big, and the hump is slight, but when I smile it becomes an arrow-shaped nose. Should I shave down the hump and put in silicone? (If I shave the hump and want it to become smooth, I need silicone for the nasal bridge to become higher.) Or should I just have it lightly refined? (They told me not to put in silicone because my skin is thin, and since I already have a nasal bridge, I don’t need it.)
