As the title says, there isn’t really much to say, but I thought there might be people who are curious about long-term results after removal, so I’m writing this. It has now been 7 months since my removal surgery. In 5 days, it’ll be exactly 7 months,, time really does fly. At first, time seemed to crawl like hell, but before I knew it, it started passing by smoothly. 2011 is coming soon, and I can’t really feel it. I think that’s because I spent more than half a year as if I didn’t exist. It feels like New Year’s was just the other day,,, somehow bitter,. For now, the symptom is still that it feels a little bigger in the morning, but there’s almost no deviation,,, it’s not completely “my real nose~ totally normal~~” either, but hmm,,,,,,,, at this point,,,, after next month it’ll probably be completely unchanged,,,, I think. Then it’ll be about 8~9 months in total,, As for the shape of the nose,,, if just a little more volume at the tip decreases, I think it would be perfect. I’m not too worried about this part. It has been gradually shrinking so far, so I expect it to continue, and then the issue with the volume should be solved. What I’m hoping for is that, as the volume decreases, the fleshy part below the columella point (the most protruding part of the tip) doesn’t disappear. That’s because right now it’s coming out in just the right way. I don’t want any more than that either (if you get greedy, it never ends ㅠ) For a while, I felt like I was going to die because this part disappeared and somewhere else looked lifted, and the underside of the tip looked empty ㅠ my insides were burning ㅠ My columella was already a bit recessed, so it looked even more like that. Now it has come out a lot,,, maybe in a way, this could be described as the tip that had been lifted having come down a bit~~~ Compared with my original nose, in some ways it’s better now. Maybe because they kept shaping it endlessly, or because they kept gathering the scar tissue that had been on both sides, I’m not sure what exactly, but the tip has more dimension than before. Rather than simply being bigger, it feels like the protruding part of the tip is more prominent than before. For a while, this part seemed to retreat farther back than my original nose after removal (because the inside shrank due to scar contraction), so I felt like the tip had disappeared, but maybe because they kept shaping it so much, I don’t know, in the end the current one is actually slightly more projected than my original nose. In another sense, if there’s a loss, it’s worse than before. My nostrils feel a bit looserㅎㅎㅎ;;;; somehow they got bigger,, My once neat, timid, small nostrils have now,,, changed into something a bit more dynamic,, just slightly longer-looking and bigger, but not massively so. Still, from the front, the nostrils that used to lie sideways are now,, not lying sideways and feel more upright,, (when nostrils get longer, from the front it kind of looks like a round hole popped open) It’s different from 3 weeks ago too,,, I think the changes will slow down from here, but I just hope it doesn’t get any worse. I’m looking into columella surgery, but I definitely don’t think I’ll touch the nose first. If I only look at the nose and mess with it, honestly, unless it’s perfect, it would obviously keep looking strange,,, if I keep staring only at my nose in the mirror, even a normal nose starts looking weird. After I’m satisfied with the skin, flesh, and cheekbone issues all together (I had the cheekbone done earlier because I had things to solve there too,, ah,,, if I had lived without doing anything from the start, by now I’d probably have a lot of things done,,,,,,,, I regretted that so much,,,,, even now, sometimes I still do,,, sob) Once I’ve satisfied all those and done everything I can,,,,, I’ll look at the nose then,,, because if I poke at the nose again for no reason and cause another problem,,,, I think I’d really go crazy,,, honestly if you have good skin, are slim, have decent eyes,,, and your face shape isn’t too angular or anything,,, then unless the nose is really, really ugly, it doesn’t affect things that much,,,, that’s how it should be,,, sigh,,,,,,,,,, anyway,,, when I was drowning in the temptation of rhinoplasty, a pretty nose seemed so noticeable,,, maybe that’s how it is: if you have bangs, you look at the hair without bangs, and if you don’t have bangs, you look at the hair with bangs,,,,, such is the mind, I guess,, huh,,,,,,,,, For those who had non-open surgery, I think it would be good to keep applying lotion to the inside cut area of the nose too,,, it still feels tight after washing,, if you just don’t pay attention you won’t notice, but if you focus completely, close your eyes, and feel the tip of the nose,, (lol) it seems like that area should stay moist too,, By the way, now I have something bigger than my nose to deal with,,,,,,, this is personal,,, but,,,, all the plans I had made,,,, changed,,,, and the timing was pushed back too,,,,,, hmm,,,,,,,,, I think I need to live with a slightly longer view of life so I can feel less rushed and less depressed about falling behind,,,, honestly, at this age there’s the most to do, and so on,,,,,,, I looked down on surgery too lightly and paid for it with a lot of trouble, but I still want to accomplish the plan I revised...... If life goes in an unexpected direction again,,,,, I really think I’d end up with depression,,, huh,,,,,,,,, Anyway, everyone,,, please keep your strength up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
