Hello, it’s been about 5 years since I had nose surgery with silicone + nasal tip (ear cartilage), and I’ve made up my mind to have it removed. But after reading posts here and there, when removing it, can only the silicone be removed? Since it’s been about 5 years since my surgery, I feel like the ear cartilage has completely absorbed into my own skin, so if I remove all the way to the nasal tip too, people say things like collapse can happen, so I’m worried about what I should do Those who have had removal, please give me lots of answers.
