I’m debating whether to undo the cartilage tying when removing my nose implants.

I had osteotomy, hump trimming, silicone, septal cartilage, and 4 mm cartilage tying. First of all, I’m going to remove all the implants. The issue is whether to undo the cartilage tying or not. If I undo this, will my nose collapse? And
