Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I’m debating whether to undo the cartilage tying when removing my nose implants.

I had osteotomy, hump trimming, silicone, septal cartilage, and 4 mm cartilage tying. First of all, I’m going to remove all the implants. The issue is whether to undo the cartilage tying or not. If I undo this, will my nose collapse? And when people say it collapses, does that mean the shape becomes unattractive, or does it mean the nose collapses and blocks nasal breathing? And if I don’t undo it, will the nasal tip be hard..? Still, since the septal cartilage will be removed, it should be less hard than when the septal cartilage was there, right? And if I don’t undo the cartilage tying, since all the implants will be removed, even if it goes back to how it was before surgery, because the cartilage tying wasn’t undone, the shape won’t go back to being extremely broad, right...?
