And if I don’t undo it, will the nasal tip be hard..? Still, since the septal cartilage will be removed, it should be less hard than when the septal cartilage was there, right? And if I don’t undo the cartilage tying, since all the implants will be removed, even if it goes back to how it was before surgery, because the cartilage tying wasn’t undone, the shape won’t go back to being extremely broad, right...?
