I had rhinoplasty 2 years ago, with 2 mm on the nasal bridge and 4 mm on the nasal tip. I had a slight hump shaved down, had nasal osteotomy, and even had tip suturing done. If I take all of this out, will my nose become wider and lower than before..? If it were just like other people, where only the nasal tip and bridge had implants placed, then removing them would probably make it the same again, but in my case, I had hump reduction, osteotomy, and tip suturing too, so I’m worried about what will happen. I’m so scared of how my nose will change if I remove the implantㅜㅜ... Can I go back to my old nose? For those who have had nose implant removal, please tell me what happensㅠㅠ
Also, if I want nose removal, can it only be done with an open approach? I’m worried that if I do it open, scar tissue will form inside my nose again and narrow the inside of my nostrils. When I had revision surgery too, scar tissue formed inside my nose and the inner nostrils became narrow, so it’s really uncomfortable when I breathe. But now I’m worried that if I do the removal surgery with an open approach, even more scar tissue will form again.
Ah seriously, rhinoplasty is so scary.. please help me
