Hello It's been over a year since I had rhinoplasty.. Costal cartilage + 3 mm silicone.. But recently, the silicone has become really obvious, and I can feel it at the point where the silicone ends toward the nasal tip -_-... When I went to the clinic, they said it was because my skin is thin.. and kind of said that it seems like the nasal tip has drooped.. As a temporary measure, they inject filler only into the sunken area..,, and if that doesn't work, they said I would need surgery to lift the nasal tip..? Then it has to be open surgery, right..? Sigh.. I work full-time, so I can't do that.. It's not like I can keep getting filler forever,, and there also seems to be a risk of inflammation, so I'm really very worried.. So.. while getting touch-ups with filler.. I'm thinking of removing only the silicone around winter...(leaving the nasal tip as is,.. I do think there is some drooping, but it's still higher than before, so I'm just going to be satisfied with it..) It is possible to remove silicone through a closed approach, right? Has anyone, like me, had filler because the silicone showed through,, or had it removed because of that??

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 20 When using septal cartilage, the support strut and extension length..??
With septal cartilage, if they place a support strut and do extension lengthening, does that mean there is septal cartilage in the support strut, and also separately septal cartilage in the part where the length was extended? I thought…

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 19 Has anyone had their hump shaved and then removed the implant??
It has been 10 months since my nose surgery. I had a slight hump, so I understand they shaved it and also did an osteotomy. I had silicone 3 mm (not exact) and ear cartilage to raise it. When looking normally, it seems okay, but when I…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 17 I’m upset because it looks like a pinched nose (photos included)
It’s been a month since I had everything removed, and now only the nasal cartilage binding remains. But I think my nose looks pinched (bulbous nose). This is pinched, right?? It’s not scar tissue, right?? (The photo where the pinched look…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 13 Whether it’s okay to have the removal done at a well-known place in a local area..
Or should I go to a university hospital#ㅣ.. Ah but why is the cost so expensive? Sometimes when I look, there are people who say they had removal done for 500,000 won, and people who say they had removal done for 1,000,000 won, But they…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 12 Today was the day of my removal surgery, so I went to the hospital, but they wouldn’t do it…
They wouldn’t do it.. I had booked the removal surgery, washed my face, changed into surgical clothes, and when I saw the doctor and talked to him, I asked, “When you remove the nasal tip cartilage, please reposition it.” Then he said, “I…
