I had the ear cartilage support removed and my nostrils look lifted, and the columella is still vertical.. I left a post because I wondered if it was because it had been over a year since surgery and they removed it without releasing the cartilage ties.. They replied that all the cartilage had definitely been removed. You know that after surgery, as time passes, it becomes softer and more natural, right..? Since not much time has passed yet, there can still be some firmness and a slightly lifted feeling. If they answered like that, then it must really have been removed, right? And for those who had removals.. Does the nose keep changing slightly over time? Until when? If only the columella lowered just a little, it would be almost the same as my old nose.....it just won't come down
