I think the silicone was placed too high, so I'm extremely stressed. Is it possible to remove only the silicone through a closed approach while leaving the septal cartilage in place? Also, if I want to replace the silicone with something lower than what I have now, do I have to pay more? Can silicone replacement be done with a closed approach? Please also let me know the recovery period.
