Is there anyone here who developed contracture?

Is there anyone who developed contracture because silicone didn't suit them? That's me.. First, I had the silicone removed, and it's been 4 months now. My nose is definitely upturned.. and my nostrils are completely visible.. I've already used my septal cartilage.. I don't want to use costal cartilage, so I want to lengthen it with ear cartilage, but honestly, even if I do it, my original nose shape won't come back.. It would be a third, different nose shape.. I'm worried about that too. They say if it's done with ear cartilage, it can look a little compressed.. and the nose gets bigger.. It's still only been 4 months.. I should wait until 1 year before thinking about surgery, right? One day I think, fine, let's just accept it and live with it. Then again I get insanely suicidal thoughts and depression. I had surgery because of my nasal bridge, but the bridge was actually shaved down and became even lower, and I can't put silicone back in, and even my nasal tip is ruined.. I can't go back to school, I can't see any of my friends, everyone is getting prettier and doing well, and I'm the only one.... If I meet them, how do I even explain it.. it's a painful memory. I already had the silicone removed after contracture had progressed.... Sigh. I'm really the main character of this huge thing, and I'm so scared that I caused something so huge, I can only cry.
