Septal cartilage removal

I went to the hospital today. I have a septal support graft, nasal tip cartilage, and cartilage tying. It’s currently one month after surgery. What the doctor said was that between one and two months is a period when a lot of scar tissue forms, so if I remove it now, it’s dangerous, and we should wait until three months. I said I didn’t want to, and that if I lived like this, I felt like I would die first within those two or three months. Then the doctor told me to come back at the two-month mark and be checked. But the doctor said we should just remove a little of the cartilage placed on the nasal tip. But I said I didn’t want that and told them I wanted it removed, then came back. They said if they open it now, because of scar tissue, contracture can occur, so I should wait just one more month and then remove it. Sigh. Should I listen only to the doctor? They said they can’t guarantee the shape after total removal. Looks like I’ll have to sign a waiver and get it removedㅋㅋ But the sooner the nasal tip is detached, wouldn’t I be able to regain my old shape.... Everyone, what should I do?
