I had my first nose surgery 5 years ago, and as soon as the splint was removed, the nasal tip drooped,,, I think it was my fault for being too greedy. It was bad enough that I got teased for having a witch nose. They said the columellar support was weak, but the doctor was originally a breast surgeon. Now he has opened another clinic. They raised it insanely high, so I do have some expectation that my nose will have stretched well by the next revision surgery.
