I went for a consultation for revision rhinoplasty! During my first surgery I used costal cartilage for the line I wanted, but after about 2 years I felt that the line I had been satisfied with had changed a lot, so I decided on revision surgery ㅠ They said they would preserve the autologous costal cartilage if possible and build up dermis with donated rib cartilage. What I remember is that the director is not a yes-man. I liked that they told me clearly, this is possible and this is not.. I also researched a lot, and with revision surgery, it’s not good if your expectations only keep rising because everyone says everything is possible. Anyway, I was satisfied with the consultation!
