Hello... After having nasal tip septal augmentation and a septal support graft, I was under extreme stress, so I decided to have it removed and went for a consultation... Today is day 24, and when I asked whether I should get it done as soon as possible, they said it was okay, that unlike ear cartilage, the septum does not adhere to the surrounding skin. They said they would remove it on the Friday of the 4th week after surgery, which is day 28, when it is convenient for the doctor, and told me not to worry... It is an ENT clinic that also does plastic surgery... But after looking here, people say it should be removed as soon as possible, so I am really worried and anxious, and I feel like I am going crazy... Has anyone had it removed this late? Also, the doctor says that because I am not removing it due to inflammation, contracture will not occur, but after reading many removal posts, it does not seem like that is the case. What should I believe... I feel like I am going crazy Everyone, please reply.
