I thought I might try making it higher with cosmetic surgery again, so I went for a consultation at that famous place in Apgujeong for noses. They said they could do it confidently, and because it had to be done within 7 days before the bone fused, I ended up doing it very urgently with silicone and AlloDerm. After removing the cast, now that almost a month has passed, my once-pretty nasal tip has become completely blunt. The nasal tip is visible from the front too, and what good is it if only the side profile looks pretty when the front view has made me look like a completely different person... The size of my nostrils is also different on the left and right, so I went to an ENT clinic and had a CT scan. They said the left side is too narrow, so the likelihood of rhinitis is high. The ENT doctor also acknowledged that the nasal tip is crooked... That place may say they are famous for after-service and offer to redo it, but I absolutely do not want to have it done again at a place that already ruined it once. First of all, because the inside of my nose is very deviated, since the rhinoplasty there has not been a single day when my nose was not blocked. I don't know if some foreign material flowed down inside my nose, but under my nose, around the philtrum area, I keep feeling a small bump like a boil, and the columellar support area is leaning to the left, so to someone looking at it, it looks like a nose after cleft lip surgery. I trusted and had surgery with the director at a hospital famous on this community or elsewhere, paying close to 5 million won, and I really cannot understand how they could irresponsibly leave my nasal tip like this. The hospital where I first had surgery really paid careful attention, starting with the nostril size, so I had no complaints at all. This time too, after the fracture, I called that place, but they said they do not do fracture surgery, that I should have fracture surgery at a university hospital and could do cosmetic surgery again after 6 months, so I was in a rush and did it at this hospital. Ah, I really regret it. They inserted silicone and AlloDerm; if I remove these, will it possibly go back to how it was before? And I do not think internet communities are particularly trustworthy. It is a truly famous place, but when I go even just for treatment, I have to wait at least over an hour, and if I say something feels strange or this part hurts, they casually answer that it is because of swelling, and after surgery I have not received even one proper diagnosis....
