The nose I had done elsewhere before was way too natural and my bulbous nose wasn't corrected either, so I got revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage from Director Lee Seung-chan. The director is famous for handling autologous costal cartilage well, and he also has a good aesthetic sense, so even for a glamorous revision nose surgery, he does it well without making it look awkward. The nasal tip is slightly round, so it didn't become a pointy-nose shape, and he checked the nasolabial angle well, so the philtrum looks shorter too. He considered the overall proportions well, so even a glamorous nose doesn't look excessive at all haha He's someone who really performs surgery harmoniously.
