I went for a consultation because I was considering revision rhinoplasty. First of all, I went for a consultation because my nasal bridge is low, and they were quite kind. They turned my face this way and that and gave me a detailed consultation. I don't have a very good image of large hospitals, but ID looked quite systematic, which I liked.
