I developed inflammation, so I had Gore-Tex removed, the nasal tip cartilages tied, and they said they added Megaderm from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip. But the nostril shape has become longer, the nose looks triangular, and the nasal alae seem stretched out. I’m suffering because of the change in my appearance. My skin also seems to have poor blood circulation and has changed so my whole face looks dark and lifeless. My nose gets blocked on both sides alternately and is extremely dry too. What should I do?
