There have been a lot of questions about costal cartilage rhinoplasty, so I'm posting once. Because of a botched surgery, my nasal tip was showing through and the silicone was also way too obvious, so I endured it for 7 years and then had revision surgery 8 months ago~ I had Medpor removed and revision surgery with silicone, AlloDerm, and donated costal cartilage. I begged and begged them to make it as natural as possible, and this is the new nose I finally got. There isn't actually a mark like that on the nasal tip, but because of the light, an awkward shadow appeared. I'm timid about showing my face, so I covered as much as possible lol lol
