I had nose surgery at Regen 4 years ago. I had my eyes done at the same time, and my eyes are fine. My nose was originally short and slightly upturned, so they said it was a difficult surgery. So I had the nose surgery, but it keeps getting more upturned. At first, the nasal tip came down well (is that what you call lowering the infra-tip area?), and it looked pretty, but as the swelling kept going down, when I look at my face from the front, the upturned nose is so obvious, and from the side the nose shape looks strange. It really is upturned, truly very much so... My face is round too, so it just makes me feel like a pig... I think I need a revision, but I'm scared..
