I'm the person who said I was going to have 3 mm silicone and septal cartilage removed this time because of inflammation The doctor says we should remove it while leaving the septal cartilage in place. But after seeing the comments, some people said the shape might look out of place... and honestly, I also think that if the silicone is removed and only the septal cartilage is left... the shape would look too out of place... .....So I was wondering how cartilage repositioning would be.. I really hate my nose looking too upturned and I hate contracture too.. Ha, because of my nose I can't do this or that, I seriously want to die........
