A month ago, I had silicone placed on the nasal bridge, septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and osteotomy. From the beginning, my nose looked a bit upturned, and even after the swelling went down, it’s still upturned. My nose was never upturned originally, so I don’t know if it’s because of the septal support graft or because it was made high. It’s not severely upturned, just slightly, but it still bothers me, so I’m thinking about revision surgery. I’m worried about where I should have the revision done.
