It’s not severe, but my nasal tip is blunt and my nostrils/alar base are on the wide side. I’m thinking about rhinoplasty, but since I’m a housewife, I’m mindful of my in-laws, my husband, and so on, so I’m looking into doing it as naturally as possible, without overdoing it. If anyone who has had surgery has any advice or things to be careful about, please let me know.
