It’s a bit ambiguous to call it a failure, but after my nose surgery, my nose looked slightly crooked. But strangely, you couldn’t tell in person, and it only came out that way in photos, so when I checked, the nose surgery itself had been done straight, but my face is slightly asymmetrical, so it looks that way in photos;;; But I have to work in a field where I appear on screen, so I had revision surgery to correct the appearance of it looking crooked. I got it redone for free at the hospital where I had the original surgery!
