Review of bridge + tip surgery for a short nose

It’s been about 1 year and 2 months since I had nose surgery. I had it done in Gwangju. Originally, I had a short nose, and my nasal bridge started from almost below my eyes, with the nose slightly upturned. In photos, only my nasal alae and nostrils showed lol I had surgery on the bridge + tip. I only heard the surgical method during the consultation, so I don’t remember it well, but they used septal cartilage, and silicone was placed in the bridge. On the day of surgery, my hands were shaking so much ㅠㅠㅠ They said if I tensed up when getting the anesthetic injection, I’d bruise a lot and the swelling would get worse, so the director who operated on me told me to take deep breaths. I relaxed on the count of one, two, three and got the shot, so when the support was removed and the stitches came out, only a slight yellow bruise was left. Oh, the surgery was done without sedation, only local anesthesia lololol The director at this hospital apparently doesn’t recommend sedation for surgeries that don’t really need it. So I experienced the whole surgery fully conscious lolololol It was my first time getting plastic surgery, so the only thing I asked the director was to make it natural and not obvious. After the stitches were removed and the swelling went down a bit, I actually wished it wouldn’t go down any more. Now it has completely gone down, so my nose is a bit lower than the one I first imagined, but I’m satisfied. My nose comes out looking pretty in photos haha I don’t mean my face looks pretty, I mean my nose lololol People who see me after a long time don’t know I had nose surgery. They feel like something changed, but because it turned out natural, they don’t really know lololol My friends even forget lololololol I’m living satisfied because they found the nose that was on the verge of disappearing.
