I had rhinoplasty 3 years ago with silicone and ear cartilage. But recently, it has lifted a lot, and over the past month, my nasal line has started changing noticeably. I searched a lot for contracted nose in other communities and looked into various things, but the more I look into it, the more it feels like rhinoplasty is something that pulls you into a maze... Doctors say it may be because inflammation repeated without me even knowing. Or that the original silicone started too high, from the glabella area... They say various things, but when I compare photos from 3 years ago, 2 years ago, and now, my nose is gradually going upward and my nostrils are showing more and more. ENT doctors and university hospital professors said that people who have had contracture have a high chance of getting contracture again, and that costal cartilage is the only answer, and that the surgery is difficult... They did not say anything about what kind of line to make or the aesthetic part. Plastic surgeons said it is a difficult surgery, but there are many people like that, and said things like remove the silicone and use only septal cartilage, it has to be done with costal cartilage, or use septal cartilage and buttock dermis. I have searched a lot and am reading posts carefully, but I have not seen posts about cases where only removal was done after contracture occurred. If contracture has occurred and only removal is done, is there little chance that the lifted nose will come down...? Both plastic surgery and ENT clinics said that if only the silicone is removed, it absolutely will not come back down and the nose will lift even more... I saw posts in this community saying that after removal, it returned at least a little, so I am writing this post. Main point: If contracture is progressing and the angle between the nose and lips is opening to almost 105 degrees or more, will the nose come down if only removal is done? Or should a separate revision surgery be performed? That is the main point. -If a separate revision surgery is done, then I would have to figure out various other situations and problems too. Thank you for reading this long post. This is what my nose silicone looks like on the CT taken at the hospital... The cartilage is not visible, but... It is crazy... Why is the silicone placed that high up... My nose keeps going up, and now it feels like the silicone will protrude. Please let me know... Anyone who knows, please write even just a few words.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 17 Anyone who smoothed a hump nose and had silicone ear cartilage, then removed it?
I removed only the silicone yesterday, and today I came in for disinfection, took off all the tape, and looked in the mirror, and I’m devastated The hump nose definitely seems to have been shaved down several times, but it feels even…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 17 Four months since nose removal?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 17 7 hours after removal.. silicone + ear cartilage, only the silicone removed
Photo from day 1 after removal. When I lightly touched the bridge of my nose, it felt soft, and the nasal tip is a bit like that too, but it hurts when I touch it. I reconfirmed with the doctor and asked again whether my nostrils would…

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 16 It's been two months since my nose surgery. Should I remove it now? Or wait 6 months?
You might say I'm being too impatient at two months, or that it's just swelling. But it's been almost 2 years since my first surgery. My nose was originally high and a little broad, but I had surgery because I wanted to make the tip even
