At the end of October last year, I had surgery using 3.5 mm silicone for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage plus ear cartilage for the nasal tip, along with an advancement procedure. My columella was kind of droopy, I guess? So they said that if the columella was lifted, my nostrils would show too much, so they performed an advancement procedure that would lift the columella and lower the nasal alae so the nostrils would not show. The surgery was successful, and everyone said it turned out well and looked pretty, but this March, I bumped my nose hard with my boyfriend, and a boundary formed between the nasal tip and the bridge. I did get a correction because of this, but after the correction, the foreign-body sensation became severe and my columella drooped, so I am under a huge amount of stress.. My nose kept feeling blocked, so I went to an ENT, and they said I developed rhinitis and would need rhinitis surgery too.. So I am thinking about removal. I miss my old nose so much.. Even though my nose was not pretty, after double eyelid surgery my face became fairly pretty in its own way, and I should have been satisfied then, but because I got greedy and wanted to become prettier, I feel like I ruined my life, and it is so hard.. I feel so sorry and apologetic to my parents that I cannot tell them about these worries.. If I remove it, will it go back even a little to my old nose? I booked a removal consultation, but I am so scared that the doctor's answer will be negative.. I had nowhere to vent, so I just rambled on.. Please do not just pass by; could you leave any comment at all?
