I had everything removed yesterday. (nasal bridge silicone, nasal tip septal support strut, paranasal implant)
I had it removed 14 days after my first surgery, and since I signed a waiver at the place where I had the surgery, I can't give clinic informationㅠㅠㅜ
For now, this is how I feel..
1. Because of the swelling and taping, I don't really feel yet that it has lowered a lot.
2. The pain after the anesthesia wore off feels twice as painful as after the first surgery. According to the director, because it hadn't been long since surgery and the wound was opened again, the tissues were soft and had no strength, so when they tried to suture them, they tore, making suturing difficultㅠ
3. Before taping, they briefly showed me the shape of my nose, and it was completely wide and spread out like a bulbous nose.. My nostrils were all visible... My old nose was nowhere to be foundㅠㅠ.. It must be because of swelling, right?..
4. Before removal, when I made an “oh~” shape with my mouth, stretched my philtrum, or opened my eyes wide, that hard pulling feeling from my nose? That feeling that something was fixed in place disappeared right after removal. Doing “eum-pa~” with my lips bumping together also works well like before surgeryㅋㅋ There’s no pulling feeling either.
5. There is still a lot of swelling, but compared with before removal, the nasal tip feels soft and squishy.
6. During my first surgery, the swelling and bruising over my whole face were incredibly severe, but after the removal surgery, I didn't get any bruising at all. Only my nose is swollen~
7. Now that my nasal bridge is back to my own nasal bridge, my face has returned to the youthful look I had beforeㅠㅠ I'm so happy.
8. After having the nose and paranasal surgery, the pores in those areas became very enlarged and sebum increased a lot.. Once the implants were removed, the pores immediately became smaller again and the sebum stopped coming out!!
