I had early correction on the 19th day after my nose surgery. I had the cotton removed today, and it’s day 2. My nose had become longer and extremely high, and because of the hardness from the Pinocchio-like septal cartilage, I had decided on early removal, but since I had osteotomy done, I suddenly got scared My nasal bridge isn’t exactly prominent either. I was also worried that my nose might turn up... The hospital where I originally had surgery was with a non-specialist, and I really couldn’t trust them at all. Their response was just, “The surgery went well, so just wait,” so I decided to have surgery somewhere else. I don’t have an aversion to silicone, so I replaced it with a lower one, removed the septal cartilage and donated cartilage (I had used septal cartilage + ear cartilage + donated cartilage for the nasal tip), and had it repositioned again? with my ear cartilage. My ear cartilage is small, so I think it’ll be raised naturally. After the surgery, I saw the removed septal cartilage and donated cartilage, and I was seriously shocked. They were huge Anyway, I feel much more at ease. I’m on my way back after getting a swelling injection. I think my nasal tip has become soft and squishy haha I hope it turns out well I hope I’m freed from this depression
