After getting the cotton packing removed, I feel like I can finally live. The doctor looked at my nose and said it was okay, and that they had restored it as close as possible to my old nose, so I felt much more at ease.
My original nose tip wasn’t upturned or droopy, my bridge was smooth, and it was a low, slightly bulbous nose. They said that with complete removal, it could become slightly more upturned and slightly more spread out than my original nose, so I worried a lot, but the doctor said they did it well so it wouldn’t spread as much as possible haha
When the cotton packing was in, my nose looked really upturned, so I thought, ah.. it’s already lifting from now.. but once they removed the cotton that was deeply packed inside, it went back to a completely normal angle lol
Right now my nose is so round that the boundary between the nostril wings and the nasal tip area has almost disappeared.. The area between my nasal tip and columella is completely round. I read a post by Shalaria? and related to it a lot. Maybe because the support was removed, the area where the support used to be seems to have sagged slightly in a rounded way, but I think it will shrink soon..
I hope my nasal tip doesn’t droop, doesn’t lift, doesn’t spread, and doesn’t look pinched...^^..
