I kind of switched jobs? from a heavy smoker who smoked 1 pack of cigarettes a day to a heavy smoker who had an e-cig in my mouth all day. This time, I quit smoking because I got double eyelid surgery (buried suture method) + ptosis correction (both non-incisional). My plan was to smoke on the day it hit 4 weeks, but the day before it reached 3 weeks, I got symptoms from pent-up anger (something happened and I mentally broke down), and right there I chain-smoked about half a pack. The problem is that the next day, my upper eyelids feel kind of stiff? throbbing. (From the outside, there’s only slight swelling.) I’m worried whether this is a sign of inflammation, whether inflammation can happen in just one day, and whether it’s okay if there’s no visible problem on the outside... Sorry for the hopeless question
이뻐져라이얍 Smoking half a pack all at once probably isn’t good, but I still don’t think inflammation that wasn’t there would suddenly go ta-da~ and appear.
뽀보삐비 [@BecomePrettyYiyap] I was worried because it felt more throbby than before I smoked, but I’m quitting again. Thanks for the comment

이뻐지고싶다12 If it’s the eyes, I don’t think that much at 3 weeks would matter much..
오리까꿍ㅈ I just smoked after 6 days and I’m totally fine. You’ll probably be okay.

Eye Side Effects@eye-sideeffectApr 18 Does lagophthalmos mean the eye doesn't close at all?
Does it mean that no matter what kind of force you put into the eye, it doesn't close at all? I'm confused whether I have lagophthalmos right now. There are times when my eye doesn't close, but if I put force into it, it does close.
