One Month After Revision Surgery

It’s been one month since my revision surgery. The shape was the issue, but it has been resolved to some extent, and I’m doing well. I had such a hard time because of vague anxiety about how I would look after surgery and the burden of undergoing revision surgery, but since the result isn’t bad, I wonder if it might have been better if I had done it sooner.^^ For those who are worried because of cartilage showing through or the shape, I’m cautiously saying that surgery might be an option. And I did not remove the support strut. I dislike the hard feeling and the fact that it doesn’t press down, but because of the cosmetic aspects I had wanted during my first surgery, and because the doctor said the support strut should just be left in place, I did that. Looking at posts here, there seem to be many people who want to remove it because of psychological anxiety, but if the shape is not unattractive like mine, how about just living beautifully as is? Revision surgery will also leave scars, and it comes with its own burden. And there is one thing I’m curious about: when is the contraction period? The person who wrote below said warm compresses are good, and I’m curious what happens if you miss this period. It has been about a month for me, so the wound has completely healed, and I only have a tingling degree of pain when I touch the nasal tip. The incision area has raised flesh, so I sometimes press it gently, and before that, after the stitches were removed, I applied only Madecassol for about one or two weeks. To help new skin grow.. haha Please let me know by timing when the contraction period is and how I should manage things going forward.
