I finally removed the cat surgery philtrum silicone!! Day 2

Everyone in this community, I’m Stari, who posted last time about removing the piece of silicone placed under the nose/philtrum area during my nose surgery. I finally had it removed!! All this time, my mouth looked awkward when I talked, and when I laughed widely the silicone piece pressed into me and hurt, but on Friday afternoon I went to the hospital where I had surgery and had it removed. They said they would remove it under sedation anesthesia.. but when I said I was worried and scared about sedation anesthesia, they told me that if I could tolerate it, I should remove it under local anesthesia. They said local anesthesia makes the surgery time shorter and is safer. So I made up my mind and did local anesthesia. When they anesthetized me and made the intraoral incision, I screamed at the top of my lungs.. (It really hurt. They incised the very inner part above my lip.) Fortunately, they removed it in 5 minutes, so I didn’t feel the pain for long. I think they stitched it about 3 times, but by the time they were suturing, the anesthetic had already spread, so I had no sensation. After I got home, it felt a little stiff that day, but they gave me 2 days’ worth of medication, and after taking that I don’t feel any pain at all. I was worried it would swell and bruise a lot.. but wow.. you can’t even tell I had it removed. However, because the silicone piece was inside for 2 months, the skin stretched, so from the outside you still can’t tell it was removed. When I press it with my hand, the space inside feels soft and squishy. Still, the doctor said it will go back to normal with time. They said since it had only been 2 months, it would return 100% to the way it was.   I’m also thinking about removing my nose implant after 6 months... but I don’t think that’s something I should touch carelessly, so I’m going to look into it step by step. And aside from my nose, I still have another issue: I had a small amount of fat grafting on my left anterior cheekbone/cheek area, and I think calcification has occurred. When I touch it, it’s hard like a stone, and the right side has softened, but the left side seems calcified. If anyone has had treatment for fat-graft calcification or has information, please share.   Even removing the philtrum silicone feels this relieving.. Those of you who removed nasal implants must feel really relieved.   I’m leaving this review in case there is anyone with a case like mine^^ Everyone, fighting!!
