It has been 3 days. Fortunately, there is much less swelling than I expected. Maybe because I only had a simple L-shaped silicone implant removed... But still, there is still some swelling between the eyebrows and at the nasal tip. Should I do cold compresses? Or warm compresses? It is day 3 now; is it okay to do them? When scar tissue forms inside the nose, when can I start massaging so it does not contract and pull upward? The clinic only told me not to touch it and did not explain anything else ㅡㅠㅠ
