Hello, I had surgery in January this year and had complete removal surgery on July 31. I had surgery with septal cartilage, 3 mm silicone, and ear cartilage. I originally had a gentle impression, but my impression looked too strong, so I decided to remove it. Before removal, I came into this community every day, and there were so many stories about the nose becoming upturned that I was so scared, so I went around to several hospitals. Still, the hospital where I had the surgery knew my nose best, so I had it removed for free at the hospital where I had the surgery. My nose was originally low, but the nose shape was fairly okay, so I was also scared when they said it would become a bit lower, but I still had complete removal. For about a week, because of the swelling, it looked even lower and blunter, so I was shocked. After that, my old nose shape almost started to show, so I was really, really happy. I’m posting this so you won’t feel too hopeless. I don’t regret removing it. From 2 weeks, it does look slightly upturned, but not enough to worry about. My nose is a bit hard, but I’m sure it will get better with time. Don’t be too scared. I think having surgery at the place where you had it done is the safest. I also went through so much emotional distress, and now I feel like I can finally breathe a little.
