I’m surprised I didn’t swell as much as I thought. I had surgery yesterday, was hospitalized, and now I’m waiting because the director is going to check my progress. I’m wondering what to do about my diet after discharge, and since I can’t even eat porridge well, they told me to have soup, but instead of soup, I want to eat something that helps with swelling and weight loss. On top of that, to avoid inflammation, I’m thinking of not eating anything with solid bits in it as much as possible. They said I shouldn’t eat powdered things, but would it also be bad if the powder is already dissolved? For those who had surgery before, how did you eat?
