Facial contouring... after that

It’s already been almost 3 years since I had facial contouring surgery. At the time, I thought I had really done the right thing, but as time goes by, my cheeks keep sagging, and I worry about how much more they’ll sag as I get older. I’m truly relieved that the surgery went well without any nerve damage... but the problem, and the side effect, is that my cheeks keep sagging, making my face look like it’s sliding downward and gradually giving me a somewhat bulldog-like impression. With periodic lifting, the scar tissue keeps increasing, and once I’m in my 30s, I think I’ll be at the point where I’ll have to consider a facelift. It seems like cheek sagging and contouring are inevitably linked, so if anyone is considering facial contouring surgery, I hope you think very, very carefully before going through with it.
