All sensation has returned to normal, there’s no bruising, and swelling varies a lot by person, but for me, I can’t say whether it’s because my metabolism is active or the surgery went well, or that it leans clearly one way. It’s just about the level of having some cheek fat. Since I had hardly any cheek fat before, there is some difference, but as for feeling like things are hardened or clumped, now it’s not really much.. It was severe until about one week. I think walking a lot is better than pumpkin porridge or juices. I only ate things like that until the first week, then ate rice and everything, but the swelling is going down well. Swelling medication doesn’t seem that great either, and I think just walking is best.
