Day 26 after Gore-Tex removal..

I had Gore-Tex and ear cartilage removed about a month ago. At first, the swelling just would not go down, but now the swelling on the nasal bridge has mostly gone down and it looks natural! Starting one week after surgery, I did cardio by power walking for about 30 minutes to an hour a day, and that was surprisingly effective. Classes started on March 2, and when I looked at myself at home I thought it was okay, but when I went to school, it was so obvious that all I could see was my nose lol because the area between my eyebrows was so swollen.. So I searched online and bought only 5 days' worth of a swelling-reduction drink, and after drinking it for one day the swelling suddenly went down like crazy, so I thought I could just drink it for exactly 5 days and not buy any more haha. It originally said to take it for 2 weeks for the nose, though^^ Since there are so many scary things people say after nose implant removal, maybe because I did not have high expectations, I am very satisfied with the shape lol. From the front, the shape is almost the same as before, but the side profile of the nasal tip is actually better than when I had cartilage inserted. Maybe because my nose had slight capsular contracture, it looked blunt and unnatural. Now the cartilage was gathered together, so the height is higher than my original nose and pretty, so it is amazing that it looks like this without any special implant or tying manipulation +ㅁ+ Before surgery, there were so many scary things about the nose collapsing or being pulled upward, so I was worried, but for now I do not think the contraction phase has even come yet.. Isn't the contraction phase supposed to come within 2-3 weeks? Since I tend to recover quickly, even if it came, it should have come already, so I am curious whether there are people who passed through the contraction phase without really noticing it.. Rather, 3-7 days after surgery, I felt a lot like my nasal muscles were tightening and relaxing, but that could not have been the contraction phase.. For those who are currently debating removal, I hope my post helps ease your worries even a little.. Of course, it is a scary surgery.. So I hope you gather as much information as possible and have the surgery done at a reliable hospital by a reliable doctor. And I think it is better not to go back to a hospital where things already went wrong once. This is a lesson I have especially felt recently: if a place failed once, it fails again even if you go back A hospital in the provinces where I previously had two nose surgeries and both failed is one example.. (Recently, my hair got messed up at a hair salon, so I had a redo, and it got messed up again) The hospital where I had the removal done is ㅇㅁㅇㅍㅁ, and they definitely have skill. In my case, it seemed to be a field they were confident in, so it matched well for me. If I feel the contraction phase next time, I will post again..
