I had my first nose surgery 24 years ago I had revision nose surgery 17 years ago 1 year ago, I got illegal filler at a skin care shop on my nasal bridge and nasolabial folds -After removing the illegal filler from the nasal bridge, I had alar base reduction and AlloDerm for the nasal tip (They said the silicone was in good condition, so they just left it there) -After removing the illegal filler from the nasolabial folds, I had silicone inserted for paranasal augmentation Last year I removed the paranasal implant and this time, after having a facelift, my nose looks big I’ve been diligently looking into revision nose surgery and Urban and Dareum seem the best How was it for people who had surgery here? I want a naturally glamorous nose, and I want them to make my bulbous nose smaller.. There’s a side effect scar because the foreign material in the nasolabial folds wasn’t fully removed Can this also be removed?? The most important thing is, after having nose surgery here, how was the pain?? My original nose is too low, so I can’t do it without an implant The silicone has been attached for 24 years Would it be hard to remove? It must be hard to detach I’m also worried it’ll swell a lot and hurt after surgery
