I had revision rhinoplasty and got nasal tip surgery plus nostril reduction at the same time, but I feel like my image has changed too much Could they have reduced it too much? When I smile, my nose barely spreads, so it looks strange. It also looks a bit pinched. I’m one month post-op now, and there’s still swelling left in the nasal tip. Is there a chance the unnatural look will improve once the swelling goes down?
