I had everything removed today. Everyone here who talked with me probably knows where I had it done. After I booked the surgery, I didn’t really come on much, but those people can keep asking me. Until I stop coming here, I’ll answer everything.
I had septal cartilage, 4 mm silicone, and ear cartilage used, and the nostrils were lowered with septal cartilage. They shaved down the hump, and the ear cartilage was used for the support strut and nasal tip.
But from here on, it’s shocking lol. During the removal, they said septal cartilage hadn’t been used. They said they looked and couldn’t find any, damn lol. After removing it, they said there are occasionally cases where it isn’t used. My precious septal cartilage, what the hell. They said a lot of ear cartilage was used. No wonder my AirPods kept …
