Breast side effects (There are photos)

I had breast surgery in Gangnam 6 months ago with textured CoGel implants, through an areolar incision, together with correction for breast ptosis. I don’t think the sagging breasts were corrected either. Even putting the breast ptosis aside, when I lie down, my left breast spreads a lot to the side, and I have pain too. It’s a tingling, stinging kind of pain And the texture feels soft, but somehow it feels squishy like fluid has collected, and I can also feel the implant. In my right breast, the implant is clearly palpable along the inframammary fold, and it feels like some kind of rubber is sticking out. The left side is soft, but this side, although not completely like a rock, is hard like a rubber ball And as you can see, there is a clear difference between the right and left, with the left side sagging a lot more. This is a side effect, right? Please tell me what I should do about this
