Hello I’m a woman who got 240 cc round cohesive gel implants through the transaxillary approach. I debated whether to do it or not for about 2 years, and finally went through with it. To start with the conclusion, you regret it if you do it, and you regret it if you don’t. I’m not skinny, but I had rather small breasts, so I had the surgery. Because of that, my build looks bigger, and when I wear casual clothes, I look very bulky... My mom said I looked much prettier before I did it... I agree with her. But I like how I look undressed that much. First, think carefully about whether this is a surgery you truly need. It’s been a little over a month now, and the feel is not good. My friends touched them and said it’s too obvious... They say it’s because it’s only been a month, but even if a lot of time passes, I think they’ll just feel like surgically done breasts. If you’re prepared to confidently tell your future husband that you had surgery, then it may not be something to worry about, but now that I’ve actually done it, that’s what I worry about. If I could go back, I wouldn’t do it.. Leaving aside the pain and money and all that, I regret it, honestly. Honestly, I didn’t have pain, maybe because I had a pain-control injection attached. I like the breast shape and everything. My current boyfriend is the director, so it didn’t cost me that much either. There aren’t people around me who’ve had breast surgery, so I relied a lot on this community, and I want to be of even a little help to people like that too.
